    This presentation will focus on recent legal and policy developments in Aboriginal law across the country, including a discussion of significant court decisions and provide insight into the proposed legislative changes following the federal government's review of environmental and regulatory processes. The speakers will also provide regional updates and insights into policy initiatives arising from federal and provincial government commitments to implement the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, as well as trends in partnering with Indigenous communities.
