  • About this Program:

    The week of May 4-10 is Canadian Mental Health Awareness Week, a topic that is more timely than ever during these turbulent, uncertain times. The Inclusion Now Office is pleased to offer a program that focuses on issues of mental health during the coronavirus outbreak.

    During this session, Doron Gold will cover key topics pertaining to mental health during the pandemic, followed by a live Q+A where you can ask your questions anonymously. Topics covered will include:

    1. The uniqueness of what we are experiencing and the normal reactions it is generating;
    2. The differential impact of the pandemic on all of us (caregivers, people who are isolated or already struggling with mental health issues, etc.);
    3. Finding balance and developing healthy work from home habits;
    4. Tools to stay emotionally connected even when physically isolated; and
    5. How to recognize when you or someone you love is struggling with mental health.
