  • Please join us for a panel discussion that explores the myriad of issues that Senior In-House Counsel are faced with when dealing with an M&A Transaction. This panel discussion will focus on the changing role of internal and outside counsel involved in M&A Transactions and suggest some steps that can be taken by internal counsel, working collaboratively with outside counsel, to optimize value opportunities associated with M&A Transactions.

    The panel will discuss the importance of: defining business objectives with respect to an M&A Transaction; conducting efficient due diligence; and building and managing a multi-disciplinary team including having deal members who are focused on ‘life after the deal’.
