    • Delegating effectively is an essential skill in the legal professional’s productivity toolkit. But there are many challenges to doing so that relate to concerns about quality, initiative and capacity. Productivity expert Ann Gomez knows best. In this program, she will share how to master the ART of delegating using a simple framework of Assigning, Reviewing and Teaching.

    As a participant, you will learn how to:

    • Leverage delegating opportunities, engage the team and balance independent work and management responsibilities
    • Maximize support from your assistant and other colleagues through more effective meeting management
    • Give meaningful feedback by understanding what truly motivates people
    • Develop your unique delegating style

    • This program qualifies for up to 1.5 hours of eligible educational activity or CPD/MCE credit under the mandatory education regimes in British Columbia, Ontario and Québec and specifically counts towards the Ethics/Professionalism requirement in British Columbia and Ontario.
